These terms cover this website and the waiting list. That is all there is for now: there is no service to purchase yet, so there is nothing to settle about subscriptions, pricing or cancellation.
What this covers
Viewing quotavia.com and leaving your email address on the waiting list. Quotavia itself is still in development and not available, so you cannot use it yet and there is nothing to sign up for.
Joining the waiting list
You leave your email address and receive news about Quotavia. That carries no obligation, no trial that quietly rolls over, and no right of access. You can unsubscribe at any time with one email.
Nothing is paid
This site has no checkout. You cannot buy anything here and nothing can be charged. Once Quotavia becomes available with paid plans, you will read what it costs before deciding.
What we do not promise yet
The product is under construction. Features shown on this site may change, arrive later or be dropped, and there is no committed launch date. Images on this site are real screens from our own demo environment, but not a guarantee of the final version.
Your data
What we do with your email address is set out in the privacy policy: news about Quotavia only, on our own server inside the EU, never passed to third parties.
What is on this site
Texts, images, design and the name Quotavia are ours. You are welcome to read and share the site; reusing it for your own commercial purposes is not allowed without our permission.
Liability
We put these pages together carefully, but this is information about a product that does not exist yet. You cannot derive rights from the content, and we are not liable for decisions you base on it.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
Who is responsible
Quotavia is currently a project under construction and not yet registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. So there is no company to name yet. As soon as registration is complete, the company name, registration number and address will appear here. Until then everything runs via support@quotavia.com.
Terms for the product itself
Once Quotavia is actually usable, separate terms will follow: on subscriptions, notice periods, availability, backups and liability in use. We will publish those before launch, so you can read them before taking anything on.
