You can join a waiting list here. This is what happens with your email address — in plain language, and nothing beyond what actually happens.
What data
Only what you enter yourself: your email address and the language you viewed the site in, plus the moment you signed up. Nothing else — no name, no company details, no IP address.
What for
To send you news about Quotavia: when it becomes available and what is added in the meantime. We do not use your address for anything else and we do not pass it on.
On what basis
Your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you enter your address yourself. You can withdraw that consent at any time; one email is enough.
Where your data lives
On our own server at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. We run the database ourselves; there is no external database service in between. Your data does not leave the EU.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or chat widget. Not a single request goes to a third party.
How long
Until launch plus six months, or sooner if you ask us to delete your address. After that it is erased.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. One email is enough. If you think we are handling it wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Who is responsible
Quotavia is currently a project under construction and not yet registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. So there is no company to name yet. As soon as registration is complete, the company name, registration number and address will appear here. Until then everything runs via support@quotavia.com.
